Philanthropist and businesswoman Sudha Reddy welcomed 108 international delegates of Miss World 2025 and Julia Morley CBE, Chairman and CEO of the Miss World Organisation, to her private residence, Mon Amour Palais, for an exclusive Beauty With A Purpose Gala. The event marked the first time Mon Amour Palais opened its doors to host such a distinguished gathering, celebrating Indian culture and global humanitarianism.
The Beauty With A Purpose Gala, themed Midnight Pearls, paid tribute to Telangana’s rich cultural heritage and dedication to humanitarian efforts. Mon Amour Palais in Jubilee Hills was transformed to showcase Indian artistry and hospitality, blending traditional opulence with contemporary sophistication.
Guests were greeted with a modern interpretation of India’s diverse culinary landscape. The evening’s menu, inspired by a Khalil Gibran quote, featured a fusion of progressive Indian dishes with international influences. Highlights included tender coconut carpaccio, paneer mille-feuille, lamb keema ghotala, saffron koshihikari khichdi, charred miso chicken & leeks yakitori, true xo udon, smoked yellow curry, lobster thermidor risotto, burrata ravioli, and charred chicken and seasonal vegetables. The dessert selection featured traditional Indian mithai and globally inspired pâtisserie.
Khushi Singh of Percept Limited curated an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The décor featured a white and gold palette, towering gold candelabras, cascading floral arrangements, and delicate strands of pearls inspired by Hyderabad, the City Of Pearls. Floral arrangements included Calla Lilies, Song of India, Lisianthus, and Eustoma Roses. Custom-designed gold-plated crockery, gilded cutlery, and pearl-adorned menus completed the refined setting.
The evening featured a cultural showcase, including a performance by Tabla & Sons, a 21-member musical ensemble. Delegates staged an impromptu flashmob performance, celebrating global unity. The event highlighted the Miss World platform’s focus on social impact with Beauty With A Purpose presentations. The top five Beauty With A Purpose projects were honored on stage. Sudha Reddy released twenty-five rescued doves, symbolizing peace, love, and nascent possibilities. The evening culminated in spirited dance to international pop anthems and Bollywood melodies.
Illustrious guests included Maharani Radhika Raje Gaekwad of Baroda, Princess Krishna Kumari of Jodhpur, Princess Pooja Padmaraje Patwardhan of Sangli, Neeta Lulla, Dr. Madhu Chopra, Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, and Mrs. Lakshmi Puri.
Sudha Reddy wore a sculpted Gaurav Gupta ensemble in black with an ether blue coiled snake cape. The ensemble featured Mukaish, Badla, and Zari work, three-dimensional embroidery, and crystal embellishments. She completed her look with a three-strand, 200-carat diamond heirloom necklace.
